Sounds great, Anne, how about sharing the links to the recipes? I have made Meyer Lemon & Cardamom Ice Cream. John and I found the same recipe a while back (was from the Los Angeles Times several years ago). I would add more sugar next time, but it came out very nice.

You can google him and find the recipes and I will type the pizza recipe on separate message or you could google creamy Meyer lemon pizza for several variations on the pizza.

Meyer Lemon Pizza

fresh whole wheat pizza dough
olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
6 oz fresh spinach
salt & pepper
pinch of nutmeg
1 Tab. mascarpone cheese
1 Tab. freshly grated Parmesan
4-5 slices cooked bacon chopped
6 oz soft goat cheese
1 Meyer lemon sliced thin- seeds removed

Shape pizza dough on pan. To Make creamy spinach base-heat 1 or 2 Tab olive oil over med low heat-add garlic cook for 1 min-add spinach -toss to coat as it wilts- after spinach is wilted (about 3-5 min) stir in mascarpone and Parmesan until creamy-add nutmeg and salt/pepper- stir well then remove from heat and set aside. Brush pizza dough with 1 Tab. olive oil then distribute spinach mix over top, then bacon pieces, then crumble goat cheese all over pizza then layer thin slices of lemon over pizza and grate a fresh sprinkling of Parmesan over top. Place in preheated 375 degree oven for 25-30 minutes till crust and cheese are golden

Hmm, I've never had any issues with pasting in a URL. I've printed it out, sounds just delicious! And, you can upload a photo, that's also super easy. Just save the photo to your computer. Upload it to photobucket.com. Then, copy the HTML string, and paste that string right into the body of your message. The photo then will be embedded right into your message. If you google 101 things to do with a Meyer lemon, you will get more than 101 ideas I have a Meyer lemon jerk sauce recipe that everyone seems to love; but at the moment it is proprietary... you can experiment with your own. Hint... it uses the entire lemon and also chiltepe chilis, which I grow myself; you will not likely find them in the USA
