If they are actually two different trees then separate them.

Agree with Serge. A "cocktail" tree is commonly a tree that has one rootstock with more than one cultivar scion grafted to it . Not two separate plants planted in one pot . Two citrus trees in one pot is not a good idea. One almost certainly will crowd out the other, and the weaker one will die. Not sure what grower would do this and market it as a "cocktail" citrus tree, as it isn't. It is two trees stuck in one pot. I would be rather wary of this source for purchasing citrus.
