Nice looking fruit and tree. I have to admit that citrus seems to be the prettiest of all the fruit trees and they grow totally different than the temperate fruit trees I have up here. I hope you do well with your new producer and many more Cara Cara's to come.

I pulled another blood orange today and shared it with my family. It wasn't quite ready (still a touch acid), but such a mood-elevator Citrus seem to be...color, smell, flavor.

Cara Cara is an excellent fruit, and your's has sized up nicely.

I'm so loaded this time of year with Washington navel and Page mandarins that I don't get around to buying/eating any Cara Cara.

Just wondering what the milky coating is on the leaves and fruit?

Just went out and got 3 cara cara fruits. They tasted great. I was curious as to their tastes.

The white substance on the leaves is a general purpose fungicide that I spray on the neighboring roses to control black spot fungus; and since these citrus are in a hot and humid enviironment, I usually spray the rooftop citrus as well, whenever I have it mixed up.

Probably unnecessary; but once it's in the sprayer it costs little for insurance.
