Eating Cara Cara orange

Today I harvested half a dozen of my Cara Cara oranges; not totally ripe; but the young tree is growing, blooming, and overweighted by the fruit. I peeled and ate one of the oranges; and when it was gone, I kept looking at the plate wishing I had another. I do have more; but I also have more members of the family who adore them.

I am so bummed that I have no fruit this year off my Cara Cara. So surprised. Boo.

I only got 3, Patty. The tree dropped about 20.

I am finding that the CC is a very heavy feeder; the more I feed it, the more it produces; and it seems to have a growth spurt and flowers every time I feed it. I feed it the same as my Meyers.
