So sorry I am just seeing your request...

I use either of both or a bit of both in a spray bottle...

I use about ten drops or tsp spray bottle of either or 1/4 of together...

I also use a natural soap as an emulsifier..Let's say about 8 drops..

The key way to rid them is to keep spraying every three days for about 2 to three weeks....
Make sure to get the whole plant and containers..Under the leaves and if you can wipe down the area where your problem is too..
