Confused Citrus?

I am from Minnesota and have had my trees inside for 2 months under a 4 foot T5 high output set up. This is their first winter under lights. Purchased from Four Winds and fertilized with Foilsge Pro in 511 mix. My trees are doing great thanks to the folks here sharing there knowledge. My question is it normal for my Oro Blanco Grapefruit and Owari Satsuma Mandarin to be blooming and flushing with growth for the last month? I read on Four Winds website that spring in a normal time. My key lime and Meyer lemon have been blooming and setting fruit almost continuously since potting them. So is this normal and is anyone else's trees doing this? Should I keep fertilizing at full strength during this time. I had cut back to half strength once a month instead of full every watering. Thank you for reading and all of the great info you all take time to share!

Yea My trees do most of their growing between September though February. Now that my trees are too big to bring inside their growth spurts slowed to a near stop as the weather turned cold. The growth started in late September. Your trees are doing fine

Many of mine are blooming and setting fruit too in NJ. Mine are in greenhouse supplemented with T5 HO lights for 2 hours before sunrise and about 4 hours after sun set this year which has kept them growing and blooming. I did not have the lights last year and they did not do as well during the dull winter short days. Last year buds and growth started late Jan/Feb.

Thanks for the replies.. I have my lights on in the evenings from 3 to 11 pm. The bulbs are about 6" above the plants. It is in a south facing window but doesn't get alot of light since we hardly see the sun in the winter. I have been very happy with the T5 bulbs as my trees have responded very well.
