Bonsai lemons my new project

Hello everyone. Since I have two lemon trees and a bonsai pot from my first bonsai tree I have decided to bonsai my lemons. Does anyone have any tips for this? Also what plants go well growing with lemon trees? I plan to do a forest style with at least four trees. Will a blueberry bush be a good specimen? Please Help. I provided a picture of the plants before the transplant.
