Here are some pictures of Cirrhosa Clematis. They are evergreens that grow well in warmer climates and bloom during the winter months.

That's beautiful. My Cirrhosa Jingle Bells has yet to show any sign of blooms. It looks very healthy and happy but no buds or anything. It's been planted since about February last year so you'd think it would have had time to settle by now.
