That looks like Ramona to me. Here are some pictures, but they're really not very good and look faded from the 'true' flower:

It looks a lot like my 'Alice Fisk' but whatever it is it's beautiful!

The picture below is one of my Ramona's and it's positively Ramona. . I have doubts your is actually Ramona.

Hmm... the pics at COTW are accurate and not faded at all. Those are as "true" as you can get.

I think it's hard to say what it is for sure. I think the chances of it being Ramona are greater than it being Alice Fisk or Blue Ravine. A better picture would help.
