i took clem i was growing out in a pot from last season. it was dr.rupple bicolor and put it under my lights i start seeds with.i wanted to see how it would grow if i pinched out all the growing tips.week 1

after the tips were pinched it seemed like two flower buds formed and two more leaves

If you can get enough light out of your light source, it should work. I have quite a few clematis seedlings growing under a 4 ft. shop light.

Now you will have to climatize it when spring comes. Do you think that will be a problem. I'm always bad at climatizing seedlings or annuals or perennials. Not already growing plants.

Also, do you think that this will wear out Dr Rupple's blooming period?
