transplanting question

I have 2 Miss Bateman clems (that were co-planted with double knockouts) that I'm transplanting to a sunnier location. We've had an EXTREMELY mild beginning of March, and since the rain melted the snowbanks away the other night, I checked on them and there are already buds swelling. Frost is out of the ground enough that I dug everything up and put them into my big planters (a little taller and wider than 5gal buckets.....I think they're 21in?)

Should I wait until spring is *really* here (mid April) to re-plant, of should I get them into their new location as soon as possible? And should I seperate them from the KOs? I've had a lot of winter dieback on those, so there's barely any bush there for the clem to cling to at this point.
