What a shame that the weather did that to your beautiful blooms. Hope they recover. Thankfully we can still enjoy the photos. Love blue flowers.

Wow, soo beautiful!! How long did they take to bloom? I planted some last year but nothing sprouted after seeing your pics I think I may give them another go.

milly, the Macropetala species is 2 years old. Vigorous and good bloomer

Neptune !! OMG..how stunning..I am so envious..I don't think they can grow in my zone 8b boohoo

I've made up my mind Neptune heading out this week to purchase and try growing one again. I've done alil more research and realized what I did wrong...the poor thing had nothing to climb on! It did sprout a wee lil vine but then curled up and died, had it in a container with no trellis. Wish me luck!:)
