Best Clematis

Hello Experts, I need some assistance. I live in northern California, zone 8-9, at about 2000 feet. Temps here range from normal lows of the mid 20's to highs in around 110. I would like to plant a clematis on a north exposure wall (never sees "direct" sunlight) which I would say is not "heavy" shade, but medium as there is a concrete sidewalk nearby that reflects somewhat.

Which Clematis would give me flowers in this northern exposure??? I have heard rumors of 'Jackmanii', 'Niobe', and 'Henryi'.

Thank you for your expert wisdom. Tony
