| The pictures posted on this site show Kingfisher as really blue and on the Garden Crossings site they are more lavender, and I would like to know what color they really are. Do they really have a second flush of blooms in the summer as great as the spring flush?
Thanks, Betty |

| The ones I saw last weekend were a rich blue-purple. I wouldn't have called the color blue or lavender. I don't know if they fade to a paler color as they age - the ones I saw were relatively freshly opened. |

| Thanks nhbabs--I want to try this one and also give one to a friend. I like the fact that they are a repeat bloomer with as many blooms the second flush, as they have in spring. At least that is what I have read online. Thanks again, Betty |

| I planted one this past Spring in my "Miguel Memorial" garden and the first bloom (which on a newbie is rarely the right size or hue) but saw a more mature one at my gf's house earlier this season and he is STUNNING such a deep Mauvy-Blue Colour..you'll love it..she raved about his vigor too so I am impatiently waiting myself to see him in all his glory..Here is my baby "KingFisher"..Jeanne |
