Do they get the same amount of sunlight? Tne second one looks more shaded which can affect the amount of bloom.

I reposted the one that bloomed the best, don't know what to do about the foliage issue. Yes one gets more late afternoon sun than the other. Maybe I should move it. but even the one that gets more flowers only blooms on the bottom half. Its finished for now. should I cut it in half?
