lesmc, I use Hortigrow 15-5-30 from Holland for everything in my yard. Actually, after 25 yeard of composting don't need much chemicals.
lilyfinch, I bought Rooran from Poland. Usually it is pale pink. This spring the red color is much stronger.

I have buds just coming on, but nothing close to being in bloom yet...I'm just glad I had minimal fall out from the harsh winter we had.

I have had this pink clematis for a few years now (got it at Lowes, I think) never knew the name. Could it be Rooran? It is such a striking flower at dusk, almost appears to be glowing, not just my imagination either. lol (photo is from 2 yrs ago)
