What Clematis Is This?

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if the Reiman my friend gave me a couple years ago could be a mislabeled clematis. Reiman is a group 3, but what I have blooms in May (only bloomed once last year). Here it is in bloom last May. It's budding up again right now. What clematis could it be? Could it be "The President"?
