Guernsey Cream NOT in full sun?

Great, I just read not to plant this is full sun and just last night I planted 2 of them in full sun on the south side.

Is this true? Grrrr. I wouldn't have ordered it had I known that it can't handle full sun. Now I have to find a home for both of them. Grrrr.

It can handle full sun in your zone, the cream color may bleach out to white. It's a strong clematis and a good choice.
