Surprise seedlings

I have grown clematis for many years, have never found any self-sown seedlings. But, with the never ending rain and cool temps, the low part of my yard has never dried and I have many seedlings sprouted from the 10 clematis in that bed.
So, do I leave them in the ground to grow larger between the daylilies & other perennials or do I dig now, pot them up and hopefully grow them out? Most are very small but found one with 2 vines about a foot tall right up against a daylily, not sure if I can get them separated without losing the roots.
I am in zone 4, wet & chilly NE Iowa.

I'm having the same issue this year for the first time, with 5 seedlings in one bed. In Vermont, we also have had very wet weather this spring, so maybe that is the cause. For me, I'm just letting them grow where they are, but I've had to add trellises in odd parts of the garden for them to grow up. I'm planning to wait to see a bloom before I decide what to do with them permanently. The surprise factor is another thing I love about gardening.
