Looks like Piilu. I have two and they are about the most free flowering clematis there is. Always blooms bottom to top... Very Beautiful.

Blooms look too big to be Piilu, Little Duckling. Piilu also has a slightly ruffed edge. There are a number of pink and white varieties it could be. Maybe Bees Jubilee.

Great plant, Johnny. Whatever you are doing is working.
