Ruutel bloom time?

I just picked up one of these at Lowe's on clearance for $3.00 ($18.98 reg. price). The tag says bloom time is Spring. I've also found the bloom time to be late Spring/Early Fall to all Summer. Can anyone tell me what they've found to be true for this Clematis? Thanks!

My Ruutel has been blooming for a while. It's loaded with blooms & buds, best year ever. Good luck with your clematis!
