| Hi everyone,
My 'The President' clematis has been blooming for a little while now but I finally got a picture taken of it in flower. Here it is! Enjoy!

| Very nice. I like the deep blue color. Gee, now that may be one I'll have to add next year :-). Julia |

| Thanks everyone! Julia, sorry to burst your bubble but the flowers are actually more of a dark purple. They look like they might have some blue in them in this picture though. This one has a funny story behind it. I first thought it was Reiman, since it was labeled a Reiman (from Lowe's; a good friend bought it for me I think two years ago) pruned it as such and it's done great but it's definitely not a Reiman since it's blooming at this time of year. | Moonwolf I'm sooo happy that your "Reiman" or whatever one it is, is coming back nicely! Congrats! It's looks like a keeper :) |

| Thanks, kentstar! I'm glad it's made such a wonderful recovery! I only wish I had room for more clematis vines, especially a sweet autumn. I think I'll go browse at Brushwood lol. Brad AKA Moonwolf |

| I call that color blue violet. It's a great color to have in the garden. |
