I received a small Jackmanii from Gurney's and I want to make sure I'm doing everything right. It came in a small pot, about 3 in. It sat there doing nothing for a while, but then it started growing a tendril. I moved it to a bigger pot 10 in maybe. and it's kinda just sitting there. Should it have taken off by now? IT hasnt really put on any new growth. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'm gonna guess it's growing roots and settling into it's new home. Clematis are tempermental like that. They just sit there for a while after you do something like transplanting or pruning. Enjoy your new Jackmanii

IMHO one of the best Clematis ever created. Enjoy.
