I am considering and want to know if I can and when the best time to move a clematis? This was Westerplatt's second year and it did better this year, then the first, but I still can't see it doing much better in 2011. Was thinking of moving it to sunroom flowerbed I created this year and buying a 48 in. obelisk and see if it will climb on there. I'm assuming the best time to move it would be in late Fall before ground freezes. That way it will have all winter to establish itself. Just some thoughts.
