| I was surprised to see some choice Clematis still left at Chalk Hill like 'Mary Rose' and 'Avante-Garde' must be because they don't have photos. There are quite a few viticellas left too and some species or unusual ones.
They've reduced the prices too. |
Here is a link that might be useful: Chalk Hill

| I am dying for a Kermesina, and the website is misleading because if you go to order it, it links you to 'Kardinal Wyszynski' which is out of stock. I just learned about the sale on another post and placed an order for a couple more clems - you can't beat the prices, though I think the shipping costs are rather high. Hurry up...I'm sure they'll go fast! |

| Well - I just ordered 3 more....... I can't seem to stop myself! Carolyn |

| I think I'll place a third order myself. |

| I duly went, clicked, and decided that I really didn't need 4 more Clematis on top of the 8 I've already ordered from Chalk Hill. Sanity prevailed (hey, it can happen!) Lisa |

| I can't, I can't, I can't! I've bought 38 this year including 10 from here. I keep convincing myself there will be other sales! I still want the Mary Rose! It seems that the ones left are the obscure ones. I did a little research on a few of them & to help convince others to buy this is what I found: Kirigamine seems to bloom ALL summer: The only pic I could find for Matilda: Just merely reading the article on Aotearoa from COTW website made me buy 1. Riviera is suppose to bloom ALL summer as well. Joy Creek has a much better pic of it than COTW does. I think it speaks volumes that both Joy Creek & Silver Star are sold out: Hope I enticed a few of you to keep going.... |
