| I just happened to land on their website during a search (American Clematis Society) and I saw a dissolution notice effective 12/31/2011.
any insights? do we care? I tried to explore the website to find something and I couldn't get off the homepage with the announcement, so maybe its dissolved already.

| You're right, I couldn't get off the Note from the President front page either. Hmmm. Glad I cancelled my subscription this year! Too bad though, such a great site I'm sure it once was too. |

| Isn't there a different Clematis society? That website is not familiar to me at all. Ah yes, the International Clematis Society, I'd never even heard of the one that is disbanding.... Great website with loads of information can be found here: |
