hello all,

I always loved this plant and grows well out here. I have mine growing under a citrus tree where it is mixed in with my ferns. I call it my shade garden.

Anyways, this is very interesting. When I purchased my Clivia, the flowers were orange and I also purchased 2 yellow ones.

Then the next year when it bloomed, ALL of my clivia's were yellow! Has anyone encountered this?

I am assuming it may be the acid from the citrus tree.

Just curious.
