Hello Hooked. It depends. Some people claim seeds germinated 4-6 weeks, while others waited 2 years.

In 1982, I sowed five Clivia seeds bought at Park's Seed.

In my case, it took 8 months before sprouts appeared. Seeds were under lights.
A heating mat (for plants) might speed up germination.

Seeds take time, but they're worth the wait. Patience is the key...Toni
