This may not be in bloom, but I don't mind when the varigation is so beautiful in itself.

It is my favorite and it is growing in the gritty mix...

How is everyone? I hope you are all well!

Craig, keep in touch...:-)

you are right - beautiful plant even when not blooming.
I see from your page you grow citrus plants indoors. Unfortunately I started a half dozen this winter and will have a problem on my hands in a year or two.

    You're so right!
Actually citrus was my number ONE love for growing in containers up here in the North.
    Then came gardenias number 2
Then came my love for Clivia number 3
    Then came plumeria..number 4..lol
All difficult plants to grow unless you find a place such as here to guide you to success!
It took me years to figure them out until I was taught by some good people at the container forums.
If you would like, I would be willing to help you too with what I know, as the time calls for it.
    Try the citrus forums too...
I can actually say I am successful at it now..:-)
    Thanks winnjoe..:-)

    Hi mike,

    I'm still around. :)Hi Jo.

    Beautiful variegate. Very healthy looking.

If you can grow citrus and plumeria indoors, you must have a big growing area. We are just a bit too far north to grow plumeria outside year round. I'm giving it a go this year with one I brought up from southern CA. It will need to over winter in the garage.

Citrus is another story, We are fortunately just south of the northern limit for lemon and oranges. They have just finished blooming, yet I still have too many lemons. The oranges are gone, but so tasty for breakfast.

Enjoy all your palnts. Take care from a soon to be scorching Sacramento.

The photo shows how healthy and beautiful your plants are. Even without flower but most especially when the flower blooms it ads to the beauty of your plant.

Hi Mike! I looovvveeee your variegated clivia!!! What is it?

    Summer????

It seemed like we didn't have summer here in VA! All these rain sure is keeping me MORE busy spraying fungicides. LOL!

Here is one of my favorite clivias. It is a variegated Daruma and it's widest leaf is now almost 4 inches wide. It has 9 leaves now. See why I need to spray??? Ughhh!!!

    {{gwi:571852}}

What would be the best fungicide that can take care of these leaf rots???
