Bloomin' clivia in July?

I rotated my clivia miniata this morning and noticed it is starting to bud!! It already bloomed in March/April, and I repotted it into a slightly larger but heavier clay pot with some potting soil and some leftover "dust" from my orchid mixes (repotted them this spring as well). I have been watering and fertilizng at leisure since it is growing lots of new leaves. I usually cut back on fertilizer around now and start leaving outside in late September/early October in Chicagoland for spring blooms. I know this year has been unseasonably cool in the Midwest, but the clivia is budding.

Question - should I alter my watering methods since I usually increase watering once I see the spike?
