Is ID without flower possible?

I have this one section of my yard that has a bunch of lily- like plants. They've spread.. And today, I plucked out two small plants that had emerged a ways down the bed.

I've wondered for months what kind of lilies they would be but pulling up today, it has a few roots that were clivia-like but with a small rhizome of sorts.

Without flowers, I don't suppose IDing it as or as not clivia is possible? Here are some photos.

So hoping it is but I'm guessing it's the typical lily of the valley type purple flowers that every California home has planted for reasons unknown.

wow - it sure looks like clivia! but i dunno. has it ever bloomed?

is this liriope? Not sure if I spelled it correctly.

it looks too wide of a leaf for liriope but i dont have experience with either of those as outdoor plants. ive seen liriope but not done much with it.

heres a pic of clivia in the garden.... it does look similar but theres prob no way to tell for sure until it blooms.

My first guess also would be Liriope but then again it could be Agapanthus.

The leaves don't look as wide as Clivia. Hmmm, well, let us know when it blooms!--Rosie
