What do I do with the clivias over the winter

I have a mature clivia and some seedlings. They are all downstairs under HID lights. The mature plant is set off to the side so it doesn't get direct light and it's on a stone floor so it's a bit cooler. I've barely watered the mature plant and it looks fine, new growth coming up from the middle. The seedlings are kept on the dry side but directly under the lights and warmer. They don't seem to be doing anything! Should I be giving the seedlings a diluted fertilizer? When should I resume feeding the mature plant?

I got the mature plant in bloom late last spring. Should it flower again next season, if so when? Is there anything that I can do to promote flowers?
