CA Urban Community Gardens and Soil Contamination

Hello all!
I am a senior at UC Santa Cruz working on my thesis project. I would like to survey levels of metals in soils from community gardens in both Northern and Southern California. I would ultimately like to see if there is a significant difference in metal contamination between each region and if there are threats to human health because of it. If any one has any contacts for some urban gardens that would be great. Thanks so much. Have a great day!
