What problems has anyone had, with or without insurance ? Is it neccessary ? Any ideas ?

| Our community garden has been operating for four years without insurance. Before we started we had a lawyer draw up a release to remove any responsibility for injury from our garden organization and the property owners. To date, we have had no problem. |
