I would like to tell people in the Philadelphia area about the New Kensington Community Garden Center. It is located in the Kensington-Fishtown area. There are workshops scheduled through out the summer, the next one is on Sat. May 13. The subjects of this workshop are buying transplants and butterflies. These workshops are free and open to the public. If you would like more info you can call the center at 215-739-6910. Or you can e-mail me at andersondma@aol.com. This center is operated by the New Kensington CDC and is non-profit.
