Newport Beach, Ca. Communnity gardens??

I live in Newport Beach, California...Have a couple of super decks with lots of container gardening..Tropical garden in the front and English garden on the patio overlooking the sand. I would love to find a community garden in this area. My sun exposure is pretty minimal. Thanks a bunch of flowers.
