firing incompetent consultant

long story short:
How do I fire a landscape consultant who I have completely lost faith in - choosing wrong plants for conditions, plans always changing, having to dig up and replace plants that are not appropriate for the arid conditions etc etc.
Am also seriously doubting the claims to past projects and experience. |

| Have you discussed your disappointment with them? Did you sign a contract? If you did, read it over to see what your options are. Depending on what it says, you may be able to to cut your losses and just fire them. If you have told them that you are not satisfied and it is still not to your satisfaction you should send a written cancellation notice by certified/registered mail. This doesn't help now but, did you check references in advance? |
