There is a plot of ground next to me that belongs to a church, it is unused. About 1/2 mile away is a high school, and I live in a low income area...pizza hut won't even deliver to my area. I would like to approach the church and the school with a plan for developing the plot into a community garden to help the local families... I would like to present them with a written plan - does anyone have documents that would help present this in a professional manner? I don't see any reason to re-invent the wheel... Do community gardens have contracts or guidelines? Any help is appreciated... thanks.
