Where are you located? There's a community garden affiliated with the Kentucky School on the west side of cleveland; also, the city of Cleveland used to have several sites around the city through what was once called the Summer Sprout program. You may want to call the Ohio State Cooperative Extension, or check their web site; they run Master Gardener programs and may know of more.
