| The Hudson Community Garden is filing Articles of Organization with the Massachusetts Secretary of State's Office. The state wants us to add Inc., Corp., or Ltd. to the end of our official name. Does anyone know if it matters which one we pick? The state said it doesn't matter to them. We're leaning toward just picking Inc. but I'm not sure if there are any legal requirements. Thanks!! |
