Which of these make good neighbors?

This year I'm planting different kinds of veggies. I know that plants like tomatoes do well with legumes, and not peppers. But I've got quite a few plants, and I'm not sure which take up the same nutrients and which don't.

Here's my list... tomatoes, peppers, peas, corn, carrots, onions, spinich.

Which ones make good partners and which don't?

IIRC, Tomatoes and Peppers are suggested to go together - it's the brassicas and corn you want to avoid. Corn should be planted with the peas. The peas should avoid the onions. The onions and carrots help each other against flies.
