blue agaves, red iceplant and...?

| Any suggestions? I have 5 large blue agaves, am about to plant some red iceplant underneath, and need a 3rd or 4th addition to this group for a full sun, hot, dry area next to the street (read: dogs and passers by)

something white, or greyish white.
or something pale yelllow. sorry, I'm a color person, but not sure what to plant in your zone. |
