Cushion Spurge and Red Tulips

I planted the Cushion Spurge with Cranesbill (Johnson Blue) last spring after all the Tulips had already finished blooming. It worked well to hide the dead foliage. Much to my delight this spring the combination of the Cushion Spurge and Red Tulips are stunning.

I planted cushion spurge with my bugleweed, the background of the bugleweed flowers which are purple and the yellow cushion spurge was just beautiful. I had a mouse pad made of that picture. You wouldn't believe the compliments.

I love Euphorbia polychroma with good old fashioned English Bluebells and Euphorbia dulcis 'Chameleon' planted nearby.
