companion to swarf willow

I have a hard corner in my garden where I'm trying to dispel the ugliness of a big window. In a sort of circular planting out from that corner I have magnolia stelata (fore ground)small weeping hemlock (background) then a dwarf willow. Next to that a beauty bush that is not doing much and may have to go. I'd like to plant something behind the willow to hide a very tall ugly window into someone else's business. I'm having a hard time thinking of something that compliments it..something that will be taller (quickly) and adds to the grace of that area. ANY ideas would be so appreciated. Thanks.
