Would it be okay to plant strawberries with corn?
Thanks.

Organic, as you can see by my name i'm new to this. But that seems like such an odd combination. How did you come up with it?

Corn is best companion to Good-Sunflowers, Pumpkins, Beans, Potatoes, Peas, Cucumbers, Pumpkin, Squash. But I am not sure if it will work with strawberries.

My corn and strawberries are happy together. Last year I planted some everbearing strawberries in the holes of the cement blocks that border my raised beds. This year as I "rotated" crops, it was that bed that I chose for the corn. Both are doing well. I encourage the strawberry runners to rest between the corn stalks where they are shaded from harsh sun and are doing well.
