Tomatoes and Corn, what should I expect?

I jumped into companion gardening this spring and my garden has never been so organized. However, I do have some potential bad combos like Corn and Tomatoes. My corn is in a raised bed, and the tomatoes are in a raised bed to the left and my roommate planted a couple more to the right along the outside edge of the corn box. Should I immediately remove all the tomato plants (I will not be heartbroken if I do not grow tomatoes this year) ??

I am up for any suggestions and am happy to experiment. I just do not want to encourage even more pests into my organic garden. I hope something survives this summer. Seems like I have ended up with genovese basil as my main crop for the past 3 years. Makes great pesto! I am still very much a beginner so I honestly appreciate your suggestions and comments. Thanks!
