This fall, I will be planting the following seeds in my garden. Do any of you have some recommendations on good companion plants that I can use to keep the good bugs in town and shy the bad ones away? Thanks in advance for your help

arugula
romaine lettuce
black seeded simpson lettuce
Bloomsdale long standing spinach

I scatter dill seeds among the lettuce. They provide some shade but are tall and slim, fitting nicely between the lettuce plants.
