hi there, stella d'oros would work - depending on how tall the heaths are. can i ask you a question about the heath? when you plant a mass grouping - how close together are you putting them? i just recently purchased 6 heath - and wanted to put them in a cluster around a dwarf alberta spruce. they're all pretty small now and i'm not sure how much space to leave between each and also between the heath and the spruce. any insight you could offer would be great.

Personally I think too much formality would ruin the look of heath...... a row of stella doro lilies at the bottom of them might look too static..... the coreopsis might look better...... the floppy effect of coreopsis might contrast the rigid bristly stems of the heather........ :) Wild is more what you're looking for her.e.,,,,,,,,,
