Campion for Buckwheat?

I have planted buckwheat for a soil inhancer. In the spring when I get ready to plan my garden plot, what will not grow after buckwheat?
What are the companion plants for buckwheat?

Good question, I am thinking of planting buckwheat for the same purpose. I'm curious to know what the answer to your question is. :)

As far as I know buckwheat doesn't have any incompatibles and should be okay with pretty much anything. It can be grown and a cover crop while adding calcium and will atrract hoverflies.

Addendum: Little bit more research and found out you probably shouldn't plant buckwheat and legumes together as they will compete against each other for nutrients.

I grew buckwheat as a cover crop, then followed up with watermelon. It was the best watermelon I have ever tasted, which I attribute to the buckwheat.
