LOL, that's really funny tj. I can imagine a big Picea abies mouse nibbling on it. :o)

Topiary with spruce must be challenging to do properly since there's only one flush per year and a narrow window for pruning...not much room for error.

this one looks very good, branches turning down after 10-15 years. For me Viksburg is still on top. And Lime, and Sphene. This may be No 4 of you at me. :) And ponderosa brooms overall... Simply told I can't choose. But what for? All are unique performances.

Zsolt, I agree, it's difficult to choose! Unfortunately my Limes (grafted spring 2011) have not developed new shoots, so I may need to start over again.
